The Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire for Everyone (PAR-Q+)

This questionnaire will tell you whether it is necessary for you to seek further advice before becoming more physically active or engaging in a fitness appraisal. The latest version (2025) can be taken online.
 

The Physical Activity Readiness Medical Examination (ePARmed-X+)

This assessment can only be taken online. After taking the ePARmed-X+ you will have several options:
