WALKING WORKOUTS

This is a 30-minute tutorial session that will teach you how to step to the beat, which is an integral component of all Off to a Running Start workouts. We recommend you complete this session first, before doing any other of the other workouts in the program.
This is a 30-minute all-walking session with music tempos in the 135-140 BPM range, which is a moderately-fast walking pace. During the session you will learn about cadence and the benefits of walking to keep your body healthy and strong.
Practice walking to a moderately-fast pace with this 30-minute all-walking session. Music tempos are in the 135-140 BPM range.
This is a 38-minute all-walking session. It starts with a five-minute warm-up walk, and is followed by intervals that consist of one minute of fast walking and two minutes of slower walking. During the session, you’ll complete ten sets of fast/slow intervals.
